• Chief Deputy District Attorney, Juvenile Division

• Over 12 years protecting vulnerable children in Nevada’s court system

• Co-authored and advocated for legislation updating psychiatric safeguards for foster children through Nevada’s Court Improvement Program

• Holds both a J.D. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, merging deep legal expertise with knowledge of mental health to deliver fair, family-focused justice

Gwynneth serves as an active board member of NAMI Southern Nevada and has chaired a statewide subcommittee focused on children’s behavioral health.
